Art Available - Gallery 1

Hope by Ron Warford, 40' x 30 " Graphite on Black Board, Framed
Mr. Warford's work was selected by the Smithsonian Institution for a national traveling exhibition in 1973. He was one of the initial founding and teaching members at the Folk Art Gallery in Syracuse. His work spings from his imagination and is masterfully executed. Tel (315) 391-5115 for more info or to purchase. One of the presidents of a local art guild referred to Ron's work as  "master works" for their power and quality.

Strength , by Ron Warford. 20 " X 30"

Home is Where the Hearth Is by Jaws. This piece took 600 hours. Amazingly, to produce this the artist had to put the snowflakes  in first on a white fine piece of paper and then build everything around it. Think about it - this amazing work, and other pieces of the artists work can be seen at CNY Artists Gallery, which purchased this piece in 2013.

Dream Horse by M. Smart

I started Cynthia Cameron Design about a year ago. I am Financial planner who has always had a love for jewelry and artwork. I have always wanted to learn jewelry making and for a brief time in the 70's I made beaded jewelry. It was not meant to be for me at that time, for a variety of reasons.

In 1996 I became interested in painting glass when we boated on Cayuga Lake near McKenzie-Childs. Glass is a Glass Originals was born. I was very successful producing very beautiful and funky fine crystal tableware and cocktail pieces.

Even though I loved this medium, I still longed to create jewelry. I finally had an opportunity about a year ago, when I found a class for metal clay. I got my certification and was in love. Since then I have been voraciously trying to learn metalsmithing, chain maille, lapidary, and beading. I just love the freedom I have creating pieces that reflect my multiple personalities and moods. I have become interested in researching the healing and metaphysical qualities of the materials and stones I work with and I find it fascinating and potentially significant in the direction I take in the future, as I learn and study more.
I love using s a variety of metals, including fine and sterling silver, copper, shibuichi, titanium, and brass. I collect and search for a variety of materials such as gemstones, crystals, shells, feathers, pearls and fiber. I design unique jewelry for fun-loving, fashionable people who love eclectic jewelry. The pieces may interest those who in addition are interested in the healing properties of the pieces they are drawn to.

By the way, I am a dog lover and own three of the cutest dogs ever. Of course they each wear a beautiful necklace made by their mommy. I call this line Baubles for your Bitches.
They are made with the same high quality workmanship and pizazz that your pet deserves. Stay tuned for pieces added to the site as I make them.
There is never a dull moment in our house and I am always coming up with different designs, so check in often to see what's new.
